The mighty Tenacious D have announced their first headline UK show in four years.
Jack Black and Kyle Gass will bring their spectacular live show to London’s The O2 on Friday 16th June 2023.
It’s the first time the comedy metal duo have graced our shores since they performed two sold-out concerts at The SSE Arena, Wembley back in early June 2019.
Tickets go on sale from Absolute Radio Tickets at 10am on Friday 4th November 2022.
Tenacious D released their last studio album ‘Post-Apocalypto’ in 2018, which featured Dave Grohl amongst other guest performers.
In June of this year, Tenacious D premiered a video for a medley of tracks by The Who – ‘Pinball Wizard’, ‘There’s a Doctor’ and ‘Go to the Mirror’. The typically comedic video was directed by ‘United States of Whatever’ hitmaker Liam Lynch.
Tenacious D’s Who medley was released on 7” vinyl with all proceeds going to Everytown for Gun Safety, an American non-profit organisation that advocates for gun control and against gun violence.
